Crystal Vida Cleaning Services provides residential cleaning services from a base in Luton, covering Bedfordshire and the surrounding counties. This policy explains what we do with the personal information you give us.

When you request a quote or contact us we collect the details you provide: your name, contact details, the address of the property to be cleaned, and any information you volunteer about the job.

Our quote form is provided by a third-party booking platform. Information you enter there is processed by that provider on our behalf so we can prepare your quote.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes, arrange and carry out cleaning, take payment, and keep in touch about the work. We do not sell your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries that don't become bookings are kept for a limited period so we can follow up, then deleted. Customer records are kept as long as needed to run the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
